Delivery
We deliver across Bangladesh via courier, with payment collected as Cash on Delivery — you pay only when your order arrives, not when you place it.
- After you submit an order, we call to confirm the details before it’s shipped.
- Delivery time depends on your location; we’ll share an estimate when we confirm your order by phone.
- Please make sure your phone number and address are correct — this is how the courier finds you.
Exchanges
If your panjabi doesn’t fit, contact us within a few days of receiving it and we’ll help arrange an exchange for a different size, subject to stock availability. The item must be unused, unwashed, and with its original tag attached.
Returns & Refunds
Since orders are paid for in cash on delivery, refunds for returned items are arranged directly with you after we receive the returned item back in its original condition. Contact us to start a return.
